At The Diamond Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original luxury packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
